Jason is Transamerica Title & Escrow's branch manager in charge of their Port Orchard branch. and Ted Benson is charge of the Silverdale Branch. Their extensive knowledge of the title provides our clients with detailed and specific information on neighborhoods, such as the sales history and the covenants and restrictions that effect our clients property. Sam and Ted also assists us with the marketing of our listings and helping to find potential buyers.

Transnation Title & Escrow Mindy is the escrow officer and closer at the Port Orchard branch. She has been involved for 10 years in every aspect of closing a real estate transaction. Mindy makes sure that every thing happens on time and that no details are missed. She is a consummate professional and treats our clients with the respect and professionalism that they deserve.

 With nearly 20 Years experience in the Building Services Engineering Maintenance Industry in the UK. Qualified with City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering, BTEC Business Studies and a Diploma in Building Maintenance Management with the Chartered Institute of Building. Gary brings extensive knowledge and experience of building systems to the Home Inspection Industry in the USA.  He encourages our clients to attend the inspection which normally takes 2 to 4 hours. Mark also supplies a written report to our clients when he has completed his inspection.
